Work Order Supervisor I
The Supervisor I role has access to all portions of Work Order except for the Account Setup Tab. On the home page under the Work Orders by Status section, they will see all of their assigned work orders and work orders for any employees who report directly to them. They have access to all reports and can search for any work order via the Search for box or Advanced Search. They are also able to assign work to any user in the system.
